Sr. Engineer / Tech Lead – COM Expert (CAN, LIN) – Automotive

📍 Location: Bangalore

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Work on AUTOSAR COM stack including COM, CANIF, CAN Driver, and complete CAN stack
• Support development, integration, and validation of communication modules
• Perform AUTOSAR configuration and ensure system-level integration
• Guide team members and support technical reviews
• Interact with customers for technical discussions and issue resolution
• Ensure adherence to software development process, quality standards, and metrics
• Handle configuration and change management activities
• Support debugging and analysis using industry tools

🧠 Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in AUTOSAR modules: COM, CANIF, CAN Driver (Full CAN stack)
• Strong understanding of AUTOSAR modules: ECUM, DCM, NvM, BSWM, Wdgm
• Experience with Vector tools: CANoe / CANalyzer, Trace32, GHS, INCA
• Hands-on experience with AUTOSAR configuration tools (ISOLAR is a plus)
• Experience with Infineon controllers (TC3xx is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of software development lifecycle and quality processes
• Experience in configuration management tools (GIT, SVN, ALM)
• Strong ASPICE knowledge
• Ability to guide team and manage customer interactions

✨ Good to Have

• Exposure to ETAS ISOLAR tool
• Experience in leading small teams or acting as a technical lead
