Polarion Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Polarion Administrator with 8+ years of IT experience to manage, configure, and support the Polarion ALM platform. The role involves handling user access, project setup, workflow customization, templates, dashboards, and reports to support engineering and business teams. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Polarion administration, integrations, system maintenance, and user support.

Key responsibilities include administering and maintaining Polarion, managing roles and permissions, configuring workflows and documents, supporting end users, performing upgrades and environment maintenance, and ensuring data integrity and traceability. The candidate should also work on Polarion integrations with tools like JIRA, Git, Jenkins, SVN, or other ALM/DevOps tools.

Strong experience in Polarion ALM, workflow configuration, access management, troubleshooting, and stakeholder coordination is essential. Exposure to regulated product engineering environments will be an added advantage.
