Tech Generalist

We’re looking for a tech generalist who thinks like a founder.
This is not a typical developer role.
You’ll take ownership from idea → MVP → scale.
You’ll be responsible for building, deciding, and executing — fast.

What You’ll Do :
- Turn raw ideas into working MVPs (fast)
- Build full stack (frontend, backend, basic infra) end-to-end
- Design systems that can handle 10K+ users
- Decide what to build vs outsource — and execute it
- Bring in and work with specialists when needed
- Break problems into execution (time, cost, people)
- Move with speed, ownership, and clarity

What We’re Looking For
- You’ve built products end-to-end (real proof required)
- Strong full-stack understanding
- High ownership mindset (no hand-holding)
- Ability to work in uncertain, fast-moving environments
- You figure things out — not wait for instructions
