Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tech Cofounder with expertise in Django and Flutter, located in Delhi, India. The Tech Cofounder will lead the technical development of Okalu's healthcare technology solutions, including designing, building, and maintaining robust web and mobile applications. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying and implementing scalable architectures, conducting code reviews, and ensuring the seamless integration of back-end and front-end systems to deliver a user-friendly product. The role also involves contributing to strategic decision-making to drive the company's technology vision.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Django and Flutter for robust back-end and front-end application development
• Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities for problem-solving and crafting innovative solutions
• Excellent Communication skills for effective team collaboration and idea articulation
• Experience in Sales and Marketing, with the ability to understand market needs and translate them into technological solutions
• Proven ability to lead and work within cross-functional teams
• Prior startup experience or experience in leading technical teams is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Working Hours

• Not fixed as per your availability
• Can join part-time too.
• A minimum 14-hour commitment a week is required.
