Team Member - MIS

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic, sharp, and analytically strong Chartered Accountant to join our Financial Planning & Treasury team. This role is ideal for a CA who enjoys working with data, driving insights, and supporting leadership with meaningful financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of the annual financial plan and budget by gathering inputs from all regions, consolidating and analyzing data, and presenting the same for approval to the Department Head and Senior Management
• Tracking, monitoring, and analyzing business performance against approved budgets
• Preparation of Latest Estimates (LEs) to assess progress against annual targets
• Monthly MIS and business performance reports, including detailed analysis of budget vs. actual variances and key drivers
• Supporting automation of Planning & Budgeting processes and other recurring MIS reports
• Preparing ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as required by Senior Management

Require : Chartered Accountant with 5 years of focused experience in the real estate sector
