Job Description

  • Should have experience in Siemens S7-1500 PLC programming & making logic for new requirement / new project. (TIA V 14 - V 20)
  • Should have worked in green field/Brown field projects & have handled project commissioning activities related to PLC program /VFD integration with plc.
  • Knowledge in Different PLC Controllers, I/O Modules, HMI, drives, trouble shouting & Configuration. (G120 Drive integration with S7-1500 PLC using Profinet communication.)
  • WINCC 7.4 & above Scada programming.
  • Should be able to convert the customer requirement into machine logics.
  • Should be able to understand and modify the electrical drawings & Pneumatic drawings.
  • Adherence to maintenance schedule and maintenance budget.
  • Improvement in plant reliability index
  • Reduction in cost of maintenance (Stores, spares and repair maintenance cost)
  • Improvement initiatives (OPL, QIP’s, Kaizen, Hira etc.)

Compliance as per statutory standards for weights & measures
