Job Title: Team Leader – Real Estate Sales

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month + Incentives

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Leader – Real Estate Sales who has a strong understanding of the Gurgaon residential real estate market. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in real estate sales and should be capable of managing a small sales team while driving property sales through effective client handling and sales strategies.

The candidate will be responsible for managing inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, guiding the sales team, conducting client meetings, and ensuring successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and guide a team of real estate sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive property sales.

• Handle qualified leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and advertisements.

• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits with prospective buyers.

• Support the sales team in negotiations and closing property deals.

• Monitor team performance, lead follow-ups, and conversion ratios.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure successful deal closures.

• Coordinate with marketing and management teams for lead generation and campaign planning.

• Maintain regular reporting of sales activities and team performance.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.

• Experience in team handling or leading a sales team will be preferred.

• Strong understanding of the Gurgaon residential real estate market.

• Experience in property presentations, client negotiations, and deal closures.

• Prior experience working with a Real Estate Developer or Real Estate Sales organization is preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Location Requirement

Candidates should be currently based in Gurgaon or within commuting distance (approximately 25–30 km) and should be comfortable working from the Gurgaon office.
