Business Development Intern

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and engaging with potential clients. This internship provides hands-on exposure to sales, client acquisition, and real-world business development, with a clear opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

• Assist in market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and business opportunities
• Support lead generation through online research, cold calls, emails, and networking activities
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our products or services
• Help prepare proposals, presentations, and sales-related documentation
• Work closely with the Business Development team on client acquisition and retention strategies
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and performance goals
• Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions

• Students or recent graduates pursuing/completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Comfortable with phone-based conversations and learning to handle objections
• Target-driven, proactive, and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Prior exposure to sales, cold calling, or lead generation is an added advantage
