Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and engaging with potential clients. This internship provides hands-on exposure to sales, client acquisition, and real-world business development, with a clear opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.
- Assist in market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and business opportunities
- Support lead generation through online research, cold calls, emails, and networking activities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our products or services
- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and sales-related documentation
- Work closely with the Business Development team on client acquisition and retention strategies
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and performance goals
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions
- Students or recent graduates pursuing/completed a Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable with phone-based conversations and learning to handle objections
- Target-driven, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Prior exposure to sales, cold calling, or lead generation is an added advantage
- Location: Kochi
- Duration: 6 months
- Internship Type: Full-time
- Experience Level: Freshers
- Stipend: 5,000 - 10,000
