Job Title: Team Leader – Business Intelligence & Automation

The role exists to transform fragmented operational data into structured intelligence, reduce manual dependencies, and build a scalable data-driven ecosystem that improves efficiency, profitability, and strategic clarity. This is a business data leadership role focused on analytics architecture and automation logic rather than technical system configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and standardize data structures
• Establish single-source-of-truth definitions
• Develop validation and quality control frameworks
• Develop analytical frameworks for performance monitoring
• Build revenue and cost optimization models
• Convert data into actionable insights
• Identify repetitive processes for automation
• Design workflow automation logic
• Collaborate with IT for implementation
• Lead development of dynamic dashboards
• Transition static MIS to interactive analytics
• Drive adoption across departments
• Map end-to-end data flow
• Align business and IT teams
• Improve performance visibility
• Mentor analysts
• Build data-driven decision culture
• Drive accountability for metric ownership

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or automation roles with exposure to cross-functional reporting systems.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Statistics / Computer Science preferred.
• Post Graduate degree in MBA (Operations / Business Analytics / Systems) preferred.
• Advanced Excel (mandatory)
• Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Basic SQL / Database understanding (preferred)
• Automation tools (Power Automate, RPA, App Script, etc.)
• MIS design and reporting frameworks
• Data validation and cleansing techniques
• Leadership & mentoring capability
• Strong communication & data storytelling ability
