Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Analyst specializing in Power BI or Tableau. with 8-10 years of experience. The Business Analyst will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business processes and requirements, ensuring data-driven decision-making. The role involves creating comprehensive data visualizations, generating actionable insights, and supporting organizational strategies through advanced analytical tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis
• Strong skills in understanding and improving Business Processes
• Ability to gather and document accurate Business Requirements
• Excellent Communication skills, including presenting data insights effectively
• Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI or Tableau
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
