Job Description
Are you a seasoned leader with a proven track record of managing high‑volume production teams under tight deadlines and strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs)? We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to manage our Production Coordination unit. You will be responsible for a team of 30–40 Full‑Time Equivalent (FTE) employees, ensuring production targets are consistently met with the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of 30–40 FTEs, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Work Allocation: Distribute daily tasks equitably, aligning with team capacity and priorities.
- Performance Monitoring: Track daily output, throughput, and efficiency; identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Quality Assurance: Review quality metrics regularly, implement corrective actions, and provide training.
- Communication & Coaching: Conduct daily huddles, align priorities, and deliver constructive feedback.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production and quality metrics.
- SLA Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with SLAs and internal policies.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the first escalation point for production issues, resolving or escalating as needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for workflow optimization.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Leadership Experience: Proven success as a Team Lead managing projects under tight deadlines and SLAs.
- Team Size Management: Experience managing teams of at least 20+ FTEs.
- Minimum Experience: 2+ years in a production or operations leadership role.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and translating metrics into actionable insights.
- Drive: Highly motivated, proactive, and committed to operational excellence.
