Purpose of the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic manager to lead the growth and expansion of our omni-channel operations, with a focus on scaling dark stores and hybrid business models. This role will play a critical part in driving key strategic initiatives and leveraging technology to enhance operational performance and efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, including Amazon, to ensure strategic objectives are met and operational excellence is achieved.

Principal Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth of the omni-channel business, including scaling dark stores and hybrid models
2. Collaborate with operations, supply chain, tech and finance teams to ensure scalable and sustainable solutions and execution of business goals that enhance profitability
3. Serve as the main point of contact with Amazon (key stakeholder), driving operational excellence in alignment with business requirements
4. Lead critical strategic initiatives by effectively communicating with stakeholders, providing data-driven insights for informed decision-making
5. Leverage technology and data to drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiencies

Education and Knowledge

• Engineer preferred with 4-5 years of operations experience in Retail/Ecommerce/QuickCommerce
• Working knowledge of data analysis techniques and P&L analysis
• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making
• Expertise in SQL and Python is a must, and data analysis techniques would be an added advantage
