About The Team

At Outbound Department, we are currently a team of 8 Area Managers, 2 Team Leads and 13 Process Assistants. Outbound process typically starts from picking up a unit from bin (shelving area) when an order is attached to Fulfillment Centre (FC). This is followed by packing of the shipment units in specific process paths using the recommended carton/box/paper mailers along with p-slip and then it is slammed where shipment label is affixed to the shipment. Thereafter it is sent to FC Dock for shipping it from FC to Sort Centre (SC)/Last Mile (LM).

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using data to drive root cause analysis for making business decisions with Excel or other analytical tools
