✅ Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the café team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the café/kiosk
• Train and mentor new staff on service standards, hygiene, and product knowledge
• Serve gelato, shakes, and beverages with precision and a smile
• Manage customer interactions, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction
• Oversee POS operations, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and stock replenishment
• Coordinate shift schedules and ensure timely opening/closing of the outlet
• Drive upselling, sampling, and promotional initiatives to boost sales
• Should be able to manage overall café operations independently and efficiently
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for reporting and tracking is required
• Good to have experience in handling P&L (Profit & Loss) statements

🎓 Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in F&B, retail, or hospitality; prior team leadership experience preferred
• Language: Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
• Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills, team management, and problem-solving abilities
• Attitude: Proactive, responsible, and customer-focused
• Appearance: Presentable and well-groomed
• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Kochi
• Preferred: Background in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Tourism

🕒 Shift Timings

📍 Amore Kochi (Café)

• Full-Time: Rotational shifts (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM)
