About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, result-oriented, and relationship-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow our E-commerce business. This role requires someone who can build strong marketplace partnerships, drive revenue growth, and ensure seamless execution across key accounts.
You will be responsible for managing high-value accounts, identifying growth opportunities, improving business performance, and acting as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and leadership.
This is not just an account management role — you will have ownership of building long-term partnerships and contributing directly to business growth.
What You Will Own
- Key Account Management: Build strong relationships and manage strategic marketplace accounts.
- Business Growth: Drive revenue through account expansion, upselling, and performance improvement.
- Account Strategy: Develop and execute growth plans aligned with business objectives.
- Client Success: Ensure seamless onboarding, client satisfaction, and timely issue resolution.
- Performance & Reporting: Monitor account performance and deliver actionable business insights.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in E-commerce Key Account Management / Marketplace Management / B2B Account Management.
- Experience working with FMCG, Healthcare, Consumer Goods, or D2C brands preferred.
- Proven experience managing high-value accounts and driving revenue growth.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and business presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
