Job Description
We are looking for a TDS Customer Success Executive who will act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling TDS-related queries, payroll compliance support, and customer communication. The role requires strong client-handling skills along with a working understanding of TDS processes and statutory compliance.

Job Description
We are looking for a TDS Customer Success Executive who will act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling TDS-related queries, payroll compliance support, and customer communication. The role requires strong client-handling skills along with a working understanding of TDS processes and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client queries related to TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance via calls, emails, and tickets
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer issues
- Support clients on TDS filings, challans, Form 24Q / 26Q, Form 16/16A, and related processes
- Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and resolutions in CRM/ticketing tools
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Follow up on pending client actions and ensure closure within defined TATs
- Graduate in Commerce / Semi-Qualified CA
- 1–3 years of experience in TDS, compliance, customer support, or client servicing
- Basic understanding of TDS compliance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable handling multiple client queries and deadlines
- Working knowledge of Excel
