Job Description

Responsibilities

  • ead the techno-commercial aspects of ropeway projects, ensuring alignment with RMRW’s strategic focus on infrastructure development.
  • Develop and manage supplier relationships to optimize procurement and ensure timely delivery of project components.
  • Formulate and negotiate contracts with a focus on compliance, risk mitigation, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical and commercial strategies for project execution.
  • Drive governance and compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Conduct fact-based negotiations to achieve favorable terms with suppliers and contractors.
  • Monitor project budgets and financial performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide technical and commercial insights to support decision-making at the leadership level.
  • Implement best practices in supplier relationship management and contract governance.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project milestones

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven expertise in supplier relationship management, contract formulation, and compliance.
  • 15 years of experience in techno-commercial roles within the infrastructure sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage PPP projects under BOT, TOT, and HAM models.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
  • MBA or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or Project Management is highly desirable
