You’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles
• Build hiring strategy, sourcing plans, and recruitment process for the new GCC
• Manage stakeholders, hiring managers, and external vendors
• Track hiring metrics, maintain SLAs, and ensure smooth onboarding
• Support early office setup activities and ramp-up planning
