Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

Identify and engage high-quality candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, and social media channels.
Build proactive talent pipelines for key technical roles across the organization.
Conduct market research and talent mapping for niche skill areas.

Candidate Engagement

Initiate outreach to potential candidates through personalized messaging and networking.
Qualify candidates through initial screening conversations.
Maintain strong candidate relationships to create future hiring pipelines.

Market Intelligence

Provide insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activity.
Support the recruitment team with talent landscape analysis.

Recruitment Process Support

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (BE/BTech) from a recognized university.
0–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, HR, or related areas.
Strong interest in technology hiring and talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct research and identify talent through multiple sourcing channels.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA in HR or related specialization.
Exposure to technical hiring or sourcing for IT / engineering roles.
Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, or talent communities.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
