Role Purpose
The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for building high-quality talent pipelines to support hiring across APAC. This role will proactively identify and engage niche technical and commercial talent across multiple markets, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for critical business roles.
This position plays an important role in strengthening Talent Acquisition outcomes by accelerating time-to-fill, improving candidate quality, and enabling recruiters to focus on stakeholder engagement and hiring decisions.

Role Purpose
The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for building high-quality talent pipelines to support hiring across APAC. This role will proactively identify and engage niche technical and commercial talent across multiple markets, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for critical business roles.
This position plays an important role in strengthening Talent Acquisition outcomes by accelerating time-to-fill, improving candidate quality, and enabling recruiters to focus on stakeholder engagement and hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Partner closely with TA Partners across APAC to understand hiring plans, role requirements, and priority positions.
- Develop targeted talent pipelines for roles including:
- Construction Supervisors
- Installation & Maintenance Mechanics
- Estimation Engineers
- Sales Engineers and Sales Representatives
- Project Engineers and other field-based technical roles
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Avature, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and proactive market mapping.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines aligned with business demand and market trends.
- Conduct initial screening conversations to assess experience, technical fit, and interest level.
- Maintain consistent candidate engagement to improve experience and reduce drop-offs.
- Support stronger offer acceptance through effective communication and relationship management.
- Provide insights on talent availability, competitor activity, compensation trends, and hiring challenges across APAC markets.
- Contribute to hiring forecasts, pipeline tracking, and demand planning activities.
- Work closely with TA Partners to align sourcing strategy with business priorities.
- Present curated and qualified candidate shortlists to support efficient hiring decisions.
- Ensure consistency and quality in sourcing practices across markets.
- Quality and conversion of candidate pipelines
- Speed of shortlist delivery for priority roles
- Reduction in aged requisitions
- Candidate engagement and offer acceptance outcomes
- Hiring manager and TA partner satisfaction
- 4–5 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably within engineering, construction, manufacturing, or field services.
- Experience supporting multi-country or regional hiring across APAC.
- Proven ability to source niche and technical talent across multiple roles.
- Strong expertise in Boolean search, talent mapping, and proactive sourcing techniques.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse markets.
- High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to AI tools to support sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
