About the RoleSageties Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales Manager – International Business Development who has a proven track record of acquiring international clients through freelance marketplaces and B2B platforms.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation platforms, with the ability to generate high-value projects from USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Australia, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Generate business opportunities through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour, LinkedIn, and other international platforms.
- Acquire IT and Digital Marketing projects from international clients.
- Prepare high-converting proposals, quotations, project estimates, and presentations.
- Conduct client meetings via Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, email, and chat.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close international projects.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the Technical, Design, SEO, and Digital Marketing teams for project execution.
- Meet monthly revenue, lead generation, and project acquisition targets.
- Maintain CRM records and submit weekly sales reports.

- 3–4 years of experience in IT Sales or International Business Development.
- Strong experience using Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and LinkedIn for client acquisition.
- Proven success in winning international IT projects.
- Excellent proposal writing and bidding skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of Web Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, Branding, and Software Development services.
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Experience working with clients from USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Australia, and Europe.
- Existing successful profiles on Upwork/Freelancer/Fiverr will be an added advantage.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about international sales.
