Talent Sourcing Specialist- (1-Year Contract)

NXP Semiconductors is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Talent Sourcing Specialist to support hiring across technical and engineering functions. The role will focus on identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of high-quality talent through innovative sourcing strategies and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent for semiconductor, engineering, software, and corporate functions.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Leverage sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, professional networks, social media, and direct market research.
• Perform initial candidate screening and qualification against role requirements.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and market dynamics.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity within ATS and recruitment systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or executive search.
• Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
• Experience sourcing technical talent within Semiconductor, Electronics, Embedded, Software, VLSI, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities.
