The Role

We are looking for a High-Energy Artist Sales Manager to build India’s most elite and diverse artist database. Your goal is to identify, pitch, and onboard performers across all categories—from International Acts and Bollywood Celebrities to Folk Artists, Emcees, and Niche Tech-Performers—onto the LuxeVenue.ai platform.


Key Responsibilities

  • Artist Onboarding: Identify and onboard artists across categories (Music, Dance, Stand-up, Celebrity, Visual Arts, etc.) on a PAN-India level.
  • Category Management: Curate a Luxury-Grade portfolio of artists that fits the high-end branding of LuxeVenue.ai.
  • Strategic Pitching: Sell the LuxeVenue.ai vision to artists and talent agencies, ensuring they see the platform as their primary booking engine.
  • Negotiation & Contracting: Handle commercial negotiations and ensure artists are onboarded with standardized Best-in-Market rates.
  • Quality Control: Ensure every artist onboarded meets our White-Glove service standards (high-quality portfolios, videos, and professional ethics).
  • Market Expansion: Scout for talent in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities to provide a diverse range of entertainment options for destination weddings and corporate retreats.


Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years in Artist Management, Talent Agencies, or the Event Industry.
  • Deep Network: Pre-existing relationships with artists, managers, and talent houses across India.
  • Communication: Exceptional pitching and networking skills (HNI and Celebrity handling experience is a plus).
  • Tech-Savvy: Ability to manage artist data and profiles on our digital dashboard with high speed and accuracy.
  • Hunter Mindset: A proactive approach to finding new talent and closing onboarding deals quickly.
