• Master Recruitment: Learn how to handle full-cycle, high-volume hiring and lead exciting batch onboarding sessions for new team members.
• Build Workplace Culture: Help design and execute fun employee engagement activities to keep team morale and retention high.
• Support the Team: Act as a friendly, accessible point of contact for employee queries, policy compliance, and basic conflict resolution.
