The Talent Acquisition Specialist will report directly to the Recruitment Lead, Volume Hiring. The main role of the Talent Acquisition Associate will focus on Recruitment Operations, which involves end-to-end recruitment. This role is vital in screening and profiling candidates for a specific role, which is crucial in the selection process.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates for all external requirements
• Responsible for profiling initial and behavioral interviews, and presenting qualified non-agent/agent candidates to the hiring manager, and overseeing the scheduling of the department interview with the appropriate hiring manager
• Responsible for facilitating a smooth internal hiring process
• Responsible for encoding necessary information into the system in an accurate and timely manner
• Responsible for supporting the entire team in meeting the hiring targets
  
  

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, and a related degree
• At least six (6) months to one (1) year of BPO recruitment doing end-to-end recruitment (volume hiring) in a BPO/call center setting
• Preferably with Behavioral Interview Certification
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to work on a mid shift to night shift schedule
• Must be amenable to work onsite
