Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Gurugram, Haryana. The role entails managing the full life cycle of recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for roles in the renewable energy sector. You will focus on employer branding, building and maintaining candidate pipelines, and fostering meaningful relationships with internal stakeholders to meet organizational talent requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Skills in Interviewing and Recruiting for technical and non-technical roles
• Experience in defining and enhancing Employer Branding
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment engagements simultaneously
• Experience working in the renewable energy or sustainability sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
