Job Purpose/ Summary
The purpose of a Talent Acquisition Expert is to identify, attract, and hire top talent that meets an organization’s needs. They manage the recruitment process, ensure a positive candidate experience, and help build a strong, diverse workforce. Recruiters also play a key role in promoting the company’s employer brand and aligning hires with long-term business goals.
Job Description
• Responsible for End to End recruitment life cycle - Coordinating and managing all parts of the hiring process.
• Close all positions with SLA / as per the recruitment guideline
• Reviewing Job Applications
• Making the Job Offer
• Effectively utilize tools such as search engines, job boards & social channels to source candidates
• Track & follow-up on all candidates; evaluated on the ability to connect with potential candidates & set interviews
• Generate & submit job postings on job boards & internal/external website
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
• Conduct initial phone interview screens to assess candidate's skill level, interest, cultural fit & salary requirements
• Fully explain the steps of the interview process to candidates so that candidates are clear on expectations
• Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
• Manage & Track current candidate activity & open positions using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & report in a timely manner on employment activity of assigned positions
• Conduct reference check when necessary
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends for internal audit & compliance
• Contributing to HR projects and collaborating with other departments like (HRBP, IT etc).
• Continuously learning the new HR processes (Welpro /We-hire/Hiring tool) and adapting the industry’s best practices.
Principal Accountabilities
- Full Recruitment Cycle Management: This involves managing the entire recruitment process from identifying business needs to evaluating the success of the hired candidate. It includes job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strategic Sourcing: This skill involves identifying and attracting potential candidates using various sourcing strategies. It includes using job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools to find the best talent.
- Candidate Assessment: This involves evaluating candidates' skills, knowledge, and abilities to determine if they are a good fit for the job. It includes conducting interviews, administering tests, and checking references.
- External Partnerships: This involves building and maintaining relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies, universities, and other organizations to source candidates.
- Data and Reporting: This involves collecting, analyzing, and reporting recruitment data to make informed decisions. It includes tracking key recruitment metrics such as time to hire, cost per hire, and quality of hire.
- Employer Brand Promotion: This involves promoting the company's brand to attract and retain top talent. It includes developing and implementing employer branding strategies.
