Key Responsibilities:



The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for, including but not limited to


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for positions across India and the United States.
  • Recruit for Sales, Go-to-Market (GTM), Marketing, Product, AI, Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, and other technology roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and coordinate the hiring process through offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and strategic hiring needs.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Stay informed on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability within the SaaS and technology industry.



Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of Talent Acquisition or Corporate Recruitment experience.
  • Mandatory experience hiring SaaS Sales, Marketing, and Technology professionals.
  • Experience recruiting for startups or high-growth organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, and passive candidate engagement.
  • Strong communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
