Responsibilities :
π End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles (intake β sourcing β offer)
- Partner closely with client hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and expectations
- Act as an extension of the clientβs internal TA team
π― Sourcing & Talent Attraction
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles
- Write and post compelling job advertisements aligned with client branding
π§ Candidate Assessment & Screening
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
- Assess skills, experience, and culture fit based on client criteria
- Present qualified shortlists with clear recommendations
π€ Stakeholder & Client Management
- Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and client HR teams
- Provide market insights (talent availability, salary trends, competitor hiring activity)
- Manage expectations and advise on hiring strategy
π Recruitment Operations & Reporting
- Track candidates through ATS systems and ensure data accuracy
- Monitor KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience
- Prepare and deliver recruitment reports to clients
π Candidate Experience
- Ensure a positive, professional experience for all candidates
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and follow-ups in a timely manner
- Manage offer processes and support onboarding handovers
π Compliance & Process Excellence
- Ensure recruitment practices align with employment law and client policies
- Follow RPO processes, SLAs, and service delivery standards
- Continuously identify process improvements
