Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and people-first HR Manager to build, nurture, and scale our culture in a fast-growing startup environment. This role will primarily focus on employee engagement, culture-building, and internal communication, followed by recruitment (including campus hiring), and efficient HR operations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, agile, and passionate about creating an inspiring workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Connect, Engagement & Culture Building.
Design and execute employee engagement initiatives.
- Plan and manage company-wide events, festivals, town halls, and recognition programs.
- Act as a bridge between leadership and employees.
- Drive feedback mechanisms such as surveys and forums.
- Develop reward & recognition programs.
- Handle employee grievances.
- Support managers in team engagement
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Including Campus Hiring)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and Onboarding.
- Lead campus recruitment drives.
- Maintain and track recruitment metrics.
- Partner with the leadership team on hiring.
- Work with founders and leaders on workforce planning.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
-Oversee onboarding, records, attendance, leave, and exits.
- Coordinate payroll inputs.
- Maintain HR policies and SOPs.
- Manage statutory compliance.
- Handle background verification.
- Support performance management.
- Maintain HRIS.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High emotional intelligence.
- Event management expertise.
- Recruitment experience.
- Problem-solving ability.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in HR or equivalent.
- 3+ years of relevant recruitment & human resources management experience
