Roles and Responsibilities :

  • 7+ years of overall experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years specializing in Australian recruitment.
  • Must be available to work in Australian shift timings.
  • Strong understanding of Australian hiring standards, employment laws, and market trends to ensure compliant and effective recruitment practices.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate interview processes across time zones, manage candidate communication, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
