Job Description – Recruiter (EU/US Hiring)

Work Hours: Must be comfortable working with night shifts.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support our expanding global projects. The ideal candidate will have outstanding English communication skills and strong hands-on experience in EU/US recruitment, with a proven ability to hire across diverse roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for EU/US regions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pipeline management.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and upcoming hiring needs.
• Communicate effectively with candidates through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and project requirements.
• Ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation accurately.

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in EU/US recruitment.
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong sourcing abilities through LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Comfortable working mid-day and night shifts.
• Highly organised, self-driven, and able to meet deadlines.
