2. Key Responsibilities

A. AI-First Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for digital execution roles
  • Build active sourcing pipelines through LinkedIn and professional networks
  • Use AI tools for:
  • JD optimization
  • Boolean search refinement
  • Resume summarization
  • Candidate scoring frameworks
  • Structured interview question generation
  • Maintain disciplined ATS tracking
  • Ensure high hiring manager feedback velocity
  • Improve time-to-hire without compromising quality

B. Structured Retention & Engagement

  • Conduct structured stay conversations
  • Track early performance signals of new hires
  • Identify retention risk indicators
  • Conduct structured exit interviews
  • Generate monthly retention insight reports
  • Support culture alignment during onboarding

3. Skills Required

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

4. Qualifications Required

  • MBA in HR (final year or recent graduate)
