Job Description

Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 5-8 years


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Ability to source and assess niche technical talent across IT and Automotive (Embedded, AUTOSAR, Functional Safety, Diagnostics, Testing).
  • Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment for IT and Automotive roles.
  • Excellent candidate engagement capabilities—building rapport, maintaining consistent communication, managing expectations, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
  • Support with interview coordination, including scheduling, follow‑ups, and ensuring a smooth process flow.
  • Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
