Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Ahmedabad, is for a Manager of Influencer Marketing. The key responsibilities include developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and campaigns, identifying and collaborating with influencers, maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders, and analyzing metrics to evaluate campaign success. The Manager of Influencer Marketing will also oversee the content creation process in collaboration with influencers and ensure brand alignment across platforms and efforts.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in Influencer Marketing, Partnership Management, and Campaign Development
- Proficiency in Social Media Platforms, Content Strategy, and Digital Trends
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building Skills
- Analytical skills for performance tracking, measurement, and reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Background in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in the beauty or luxury industry is a strong advantage
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a passion for brands and consumer engagement
