As a Recruitment Associate, you will own end-to-end hiring for US-based roles, primarily for product-driven startups. The role demands strong execution, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment consistently.


Minimum Experience: 2 to 8 years


Requirements

  • Strong experience in closing roles for product-based companies (mandatory)
  • Exposure to hiring for US-based roles (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • High ownership, execution-driven mindset, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment


Key Responsibilities :

  • Sourcing the right profiles from US-specific job portals like Dice, LinkedIn, and Juicebox, and for India-specific job portals like Naukri.
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to identify top talent
  • Managing client relationships and understanding their hiring needs
  • Utilizing ATS to streamline the recruitment process and track candidate data
  • Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends
  • Negotiating job offers
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure successful recruitment outcomes
  • Mentoring Junior Recruiters and managing a team of 3-5 people.
