Reporting To: Manager & Co-founder

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our consulting recruitment function. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, team management, and talent strategy execution.

The ideal candidate will drive hiring initiatives across all levels of consulting roles, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for consulting roles (Analyst to Partner level)
  • Partner with leadership for workforce planning and hiring needs
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
  • Lead campus hiring, lateral hiring, and diversity hiring initiatives
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and internal HR teams
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience and act as an employer brand ambassador
  • Stay updated on hiring trends and talent insights in the consulting domain
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting/professional services hiring
  • Proven experience in managing a recruitment team and achieving hiring targets
  • Experience hiring for strategy consultants, tech consultants, and project managers
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making
