We are looking for an experienced Finance Recruiter with strong exposure to BFSI, Finance Shared Services & Group Finance hiring.

• End-to-end hiring for Finance Shared Services

• Roles across FP&A, Controllership, Internal Audit, Risk, AP/AR, Management Accounts

• Hiring across Banking, BPO, Asset Management, Capital Markets, Insurance, NBFC, Fintech

• Strong stakeholder partnering with Finance Leadership

• Niche hiring for CA, CFA, IFRS, CMA & specialized finance roles

• Experience managing high-volume niche hiring

• Exposure to global firms like JPMorgan, PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG, etc.

🎯 Experience Required:

• 8–10 years in BFSI Finance Recruitment

• Strong understanding of core finance functions
