Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Team Lead is responsible for the operative and strategic management of day-to-day recruitment delivery within the Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise in alignment with the Group's business strategy across all Brands within the Nemetschek Group, with a primary focus on the EMEA and APAC regions.
- Responsible for role allocation, coaching and mentoring of recruiters, follow-up on delivery, and reporting on key metrics, while continuing to recruit on requisitions approximately 50% of their time to ensure high-quality, timely hiring outcomes for the business.
- The TA Team Lead manages a regional or brand aligned recruiting squad, translating the Talent Acquisition Director’s strategy into day to day execution through Senior TA Partners, TA Partners and TA Specialists
- Owns the delivery of agreed hiring plans for the assigned region/brand, including prioritization of requisitions, workload allocation and escalation of risks to the TA Director.
- Monitors key operational metrics for the team (e.g., time‑to‑fill, pipeline health, candidate and hiring manager experience, quality of hire indicators) and drive corrective actions as needed.
- Acts as the first escalation point for hiring managers on day-to-day recruitment topics, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and in line with Group TA standards.
- Provides strategic input into process improvement initiatives that will benefit the TA team at a regional and/or global level.
- Ensures Nemetschek’s global recruitment strategies are implemented in day-to-day operations, using data and insights to adjust processes as needed to achieve objectives.
- Contributes to building a world class Center of Expertise that provides thought leadership, guidance, and support to distributed hiring teams across Nemetschek.
- Leads, mentors, and empowers the Talent Acquisition team to deliver on all recruitment needs across the organization; provide clear direction, foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, and support each team member’s personal and professional growth through regular coaching, targeted development, and recognition of achievements
- Develops a trusted advisor relationship with hiring managers across the Group, with a deep understanding of organizational needs and priorities.
- Partners closely with HR Business Partners, Finance and other Business stakeholders to align hiring plan, pacing and prioritization with operational objectives.
- Ensures that talent acquisition scorecards and dashboards are consistently maintained and that agreed KPIs (e.g., time to fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, candidate satisfaction, diversity metrics) are met for the team.
- Monitors that recruiters accurately update data and status in all systems, and escalate trends, risks and opportunities to the Talent Acquisition Director and TA Enablement Lead for further analysis and continuous improvement actions.
- Works in partnership with HR Business Partners, talent leaders, and business stakeholders across Brands and Functions to align recruitment priorities, harmonize best-practice processes, and ensure consistent, scalable global delivery. Leads regular process alignment and business-centric reviews for all regions and Brands.
- Provides feedback and requirements to the TA Enablement Team on processes, tools and reporting, and champion adoption of new ways of working within the team. Drive adoption of automation, AI and data integrity initiatives, staying current with emerging TA and AI-enabled solutions to future-proof recruitment processes.
- Defines and recommends global TA framework, policies and standards for approval, has significant influence on TA processes, systems and tools and the TA technology roadmap, and acts as design authority for changes within the TA framework.
Requirement:
- 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with hands-on experience as a recruiter (either in-house or agency).
- 3-5 years direct people management, with a focus on helping team members grow and develop.
- Important to have experience of a broader APAC, EMEA and Australia region.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex or difficult information with empathy and clarity.
- Ability to influence, collaborate and interact effectively with senior leaders and key stakeholders to align on objectives and provide consistent Talent Acquisition direction.
- Deep knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition, with the ability to share best practices and mentor others.
- Demonstrated excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects/priorities.
