Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex software projects. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing end-to-end project execution, driving Agile delivery, collaborating with technical and business stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to independently solve complex delivery challenges. Experience delivering Cloud and AI/Generative AI projects is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large or complex software projects with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Drive project execution from initiation through production deployment.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and cross-team dependencies.
• Ensure delivery quality by monitoring project health, timelines, scope, and quality metrics.
• Provide regular executive-level status reports and project dashboards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Facilitate alignment across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Design, and Business teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by introducing delivery best practices and optimizing project workflows.
• Own project outcomes and make informed project-level decisions to resolve delivery challenges.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in software development or technology projects.
• Strong project delivery experience with multiple concurrent projects.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the ability to effectively comprehend the technical aspects of the project.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
• Strong experience managing risks, dependencies, and delivery governance.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent project management tools.
• Ability to independently solve complex project delivery problems.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• PSM, CSM, PMP or SAFe certification.
• Experience delivering Cloud projects on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience managing AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering initiatives.
• Technical understanding of APIs, microservices, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures.
