Role Summary

The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition will manage end-to-end recruitment,

collaborate with Internal teams and managers, and ensure timely hiring closures while

delivering a strong candidate experience. The role involves strategic sourcing, process

adherence, and close coordination with internal teams.


Work Arrangement

● Full-time role

● Work from Office (Monday to Friday

● Saturdays: Permanent Work from Home

● Candidate must have their own laptop


Key Result Areas (KRAs)

● Manage end-to-end recruitment within defined TAT and budget

● Partner with hiring managers for requirement understanding and closures

● Source and screen candidates through multiple channels

● Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience

● Drive offer rollout, negotiation, and joining closures

● Maintain recruitment reports, and trackers

● Manage recruitment vendors and consultants

● Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring metrics

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

● Ability to manage multiple requirements under tight timelines

● Data-driven approach with high attention to detail


Qualifications & Experience

● MBA / Post-graduate in HR or a relevant field

● 3-4 years of minimum experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or consultancy)

● Experience managing multiple roles and senior stakeholders preferred
