Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end hiring across corporate, manufacturing, sales, and leadership functions. The role will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, partnering with business leaders, enhancing candidate experience, and driving recruitment excellence through data and process improvements.


Role Name: Talent Acquisition Lead

Reporting to: HR Head


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across functions.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce plans and hiring priorities.
  • Develop sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Drive recruitment metrics including Time-to-Hire, Offer-to-Join Ratio, Quality of Hire, and Hiring Manager Satisfaction.
  • Conduct market mapping, talent intelligence, and compensation benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with Employer Branding teams to strengthen the organization's talent brand.
  • Lead campus hiring, diversity hiring, internal hiring, and employee referral initiatives.
  • Optimize recruitment processes, interview frameworks, and hiring governance.
  • Mentor and coach recruiters while ensuring consistent delivery against hiring targets.


Key Competencies

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to high-volume and leadership hiring.
  • Experience hiring across Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Corporate, and Technology functions is preferred.
  • International hiring exposure is an added advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
  • Expertise in sourcing, talent mapping, interview assessment, and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
