Talent Acquisition Lead – Manufacturing Hiring

Location: Pune

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end hiring for our Manufacturing business across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Production, Projects, Sales & Corporate Functions.
• Partner with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to ensure timely closure of critical positions.
• Build talent pipelines through market mapping and proactive sourcing.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Desired Profile

• 8–15 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Strong exposure to Manufacturing hiring is mandatory.
• Proven stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Experience in hiring mid & senior management professionals.
