Talent Acquisition Internship in Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the initial stages of the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product/solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and others. We are about 650+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack, and various other GenAI areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to assess communication skills, experience, and role fit.
• Screen and shortlist resumes/CVs based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and align interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Oversee the interview process and ensure smooth interview coordination.
• Share shortlisted candidate profiles with the respective Talent Acquisition team members/managers.
• Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records with accurate updates.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
  
  

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of resume screening and candidate evaluation.
• Ability to coordinate multiple interviews and manage timelines effectively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining recruitment trackers.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with internship experience in recruitment will be preferred.
