Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Experience Required: 1 – 3 Years


Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across various departments.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Schedule and manage interview processes between candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or internal databases.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers for feedback and next steps.
  • Assist in offer rollouts, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
    • Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and screening methods.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Preferred Skills

    • Experience in IT or Non-IT recruitment.
    • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
    • Exposure to client or stakeholder management.
