Role Description

This is a full time role located in Norman, Oklahoma or surrounding areas. The Business Development Specialist will report to the Area Manager and be responsible for the day to day execution of our outbound "boots on the ground" strategy throughout Oklahoma.

• Landscaping or Facilities Sales Experience
• Cold Calling Experience

• Excellent communication
• Self Motivated
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Ability to travel throughout Oklahoma (no overnights required but are possible if needed).

Compensation

This position will be Base Salary + Bonus + Benefits + Profit Sharing

First year target earnings of $60,000-$80,000
