Job Description
Talent Acquisition Executive
Full Time | Manchester (Hybrid)
About the role
Abbott Lyon is scaling fast - and the quality of our talent will define the next chapter of our growth.
We’re building our Talent Acquisition capability in-house and are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to support hiring across the business. This is a hands-on role focused on delivery, with the opportunity to help shape how we attract and hire great people as we grow.
You’ll own end-to-end hiring across a range of roles, working closely with hiring managers to deliver quality hires at pace. Alongside this, you’ll support building talent pipelines, improving candidate experience, and contributing to our employer brand.
If you’ve come from a fast-paced eCommerce, retail or D2C environment - even better.
This is a great opportunity to develop your in-house Talent Acquisition experience in a business that moves quickly and sets high standards.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Own and manage end-to-end hiring across the business
- Work closely with hiring managers to deliver hires efficiently and effectively
- Build proactive talent pipelines across key functions
- Support the move away from agency reliance by bringing more hiring in-house
- Contribute to internal talent movement and progression where relevant
- Support employer brand activity across LinkedIn, careers pages and job ads
- Create engaging recruitment campaigns that reflect the Abbott Lyon brand
- Represent Abbott Lyon externally and build strong candidate networks
- Coach and support hiring managers to run effective hiring processes
- Use hiring data and insight to improve quality and speed over time
We’re excited about you because…
- You’ve experience managing end-to-end recruitment (in-house or agency)
- You proactively source candidates and don’t rely on inbound applications
- You’re organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple roles
- You build strong relationships with hiring managers
- You care about candidate experience and getting the basics right
- You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift
- You bring energy, ownership and a willingness to learn and improve
- (Experience in eCommerce, retail or D2C is a bonus, but not essential)
