Sr. US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements
• Source candidates through job portals (Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed), internal databases, and networking
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers/clients
• Negotiate rates, terms, and manage offer processes
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing requirements
• Ensure timely submissions and follow-ups with candidates and clients
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
• Maintain and update candidate records in ATS

Required Skills:

• 2–5 years of experience in US IT recruitment/staffing
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Aerospace and IT domain roles
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like Boolean search, monster, and LinkedIn
• Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with direct clients/VMS/MSP
• Exposure to ATS tools (like Oorwin)
• Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills

Work Timings:

• US Shift (Night Shift) - 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST
