Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter with 2 years of experience in sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent to meet the organization's hiring needs. The individual will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates. The incumbent should be agile with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, self-motivated individual who has experience of full cycle recruitment experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define job requirements and specifications.
- Conduct Job Analysis: Determine essential skills, experience, and qualifications for each position through thorough job analysis.
- Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Proactively Source Candidates: Use online job postings, job portals, and headhunting techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Screen and Interview Candidates: Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit for the position.
- Coordinate Interviews: Ensure a smooth and efficient interview process by coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Evaluate Candidates: Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, recruitment activities, and hiring metrics using applicant tracking systems.
- Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Continuously improve sourcing and hiring processes by staying updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Experience, Skills, & Knowledge
- Proven 2 years of experience as a recruiter preferably in IT & Non-IT sectors.
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders and train and mentor junior recruiters.
- Capable of managing data and presenting it to stakeholders to oversee recruitment status weekly.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Good understanding of the industry or sector in which they are recruiting, including trends, market conditions, and competitor analysis.
- Effectively target candidates and provide valuable insights to hiring managers.
- Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in HR or recruiting (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification).
