Location: Gurugram

Work Model: 5 Days Work From Office (WFO)

Experience: 1–2 Years

Industry Preference: B2B SaaS / Product Companies

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Executive with hands-on experience in technology hiring. The ideal candidate should be strong in LinkedIn sourcing, comfortable using AI-based recruitment tools, and have prior exposure to B2B SaaS or product-led organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment for technical roles across engineering, product, and tech functions
  • Active sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networks
  • Utilize AI sourcing and screening tools to improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Screen, interview, and coordinate candidate pipelines through offer closure
  • Maintain accurate hiring data and candidate tracking
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Must-Have Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Technical Hiring
  • Strong LinkedIn sourcing expertise (boolean search, talent mapping, outreach)
  • Hands-on experience using AI recruiting tools (resume screening, sourcing, or automation)
  • Prior hiring exposure in B2B SaaS or Product-based companies
  • Experience hiring for tech roles (developers, engineers, architects, product, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Willingness to work 5 days from office (WFO) in Gurugram

Good to Have

  • Experience working with ATS platforms
  • Startup or fast-paced product environment exposure
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
